How much does it cost?

Each Cannabis Club box is $300. There is no up front cost and you can cancel at anytime.

How will I be billed?

Members of the club will be charged quarterly at the time of pickup/delivery for each box.

Can I choose what’s in my box?

Our subscription boxes are designed to be filled with surprise gifts featuring a combo of your favorites and new flowers and products we think you’ll love. While you can’t choose the exact products in your box, your interest profile will give our expert cannabis curators everything they need to fill it with items we’re sure you’ll love.

How and when can I cancel?

You can cancel your membership at any time before the delivery of your next box to avoid being charged for that quarter.

When will I receive my boxes?

You’ll receive a box each quarter, and we’ll reach out well in advance of delivery to begin working with you to schedule the perfect pickup or delivery window.

Can I return my box or a product inside it?

Due to state cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns for any boxes or specific products once they’ve been delivered. If hardware included in your box is faulty, reach out to us to set up a replacement.

What do I need to know about delivery?

Because of regulations relating to cannabis products, you need to receive your subscription box in person—either when it’s delivered to your home or when you pick it up in-store. Don’t worry, we’ll always keep you updated about when your package is on its way and when it’s scheduled to arrive. You’ll also receive an itemized receipt listing every product in your box as well as their quantities.
